The Progress Review Meeting on APSCO Student Small Satellite (SSS) Project was organized from 17-19 November, 2020, through a teleconference. The Project Management Board (PMB), experts and officials from all Member States, project management team from APSCO Secretariat and project leading universities and institutions participated in the meeting.
The meeting was chaired by Dr. Mohammad Ebrahimi Seyedabadi, Direct-General of the Education and Training Department of APSCO.
During the meeting the 3 satellites Leads and the Subsystem Teams introduced the progress of project implementation as well as the subsequent works and plans. The existing critical problems were discussed in detail by all participants. Issues related to Assembly Integration and Testing (AIT) plan, join test plan, launch preparation, ground station and satellite operation were introduced and proposed solutions were discussed. All Member States expressed that they will do their best to accomplish their tasks for the success of SSS Project.
The meeting was successfully concluded with appreciation from APSCO Secretariat to all participants for their supports during the meeting and constructive efforts of all Member States for the SSS project.
